The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the Carnegie SVRA General Plan Environmental Impact Report was issued on May 10, 2012.  This officially started the 30-day CEQA scoping period.

The deadline for submitted Scoping comments is Monday June 11, 2012 by 5:00 pm.  This is a hard deadline.  Comments can be submitted to the following address by the deadline:
