Tesla Park is home to several significant Native American sites. It is thought that the Tesla Park area was a seasonal hunting and gathering and trading ground for people from the Northern Valley Yokuts tribe and Costanoans (Ohlone) tribe. This wonderful cultural heritage that is literally imbedded in the landscape of Tesla Park is one of the many reasons we are working to save Tesla Park from the OHV use.

Help Us Establish Tesla Park as a Reserve

We are working to classify Tesla as a Reserve to permanently preserve its unique and rare biological and cultural resources for all and support state policy priorities.
