Carnegie SVRA has made it official that they have moved the target release date for the FINAL EIR and Draft General Plan to “early 2016.”  The delay is not surprising given the extensive comments submitted by Friends of Tesla Park, story
 organizations, capsule
public agencies and the general public.

We will continue to closely monitor the Carnegie SVRA CEQA process and inform you when new information is available.  As with the Draft EIR stage, seek we hope that you will review and comment on the FINAL EIR and Draft General Plan when it is released.  Your comments are very important to prevent Carnegie SVRA from opening Tesla to damaging OHV recreation use.

Your commitment drives us forward into 2016.  Thank you for your continued help to Save Tesla Park. Happy Holidays and Our Best Wishes for the New Year!
